Services

Seven engagements, six industries, one recurring problem.

Wiring a modern experience onto something that never had one — a packaged software suite, a production line, a fleet of equipment, a connected product. Here is what we do, and how we engage.

What we do

Visibility on the customer side

Customer purchase-order portal · companion mobile app for a physical product · ordering and tracking space · automated transactional communications.

Visibility on the production side

Custom production-tracking ERP · equipment telemetry and monitoring · real-time operations dashboards · AI integrated into operations.

The link between the two

Packaged-software integration (insurance cores, ERP, OMS) · EDI and B2B exchanges · event-driven architecture and APIs · identity and access — linking the device, the customer and the merchant account.

PrerequisiteA paid diagnostic, no exceptions
Our rule — and it protects you as much as us: never a fixed price without a diagnostic first. A fixed bid on a scope nobody has examined is a gamble, and gambles get paid for on both sides of the table.
The entry offer

The flow diagnostic

Two to three weeks. Fixed price. You walk away with a decision, not a proposal.

The problem it addresses

Between a customer's order and what you produce sit systems, spreadsheets, emails and people chasing each other. Nobody has the full picture. Errors surface late. Your customers call to ask where their order is, and it takes three people to answer.

What we do

We talk to four to six people in your organization — leadership, operations, IT, and at least one person who does the work every day. We look at your systems, your data and your integrations. Then we write down what we saw.

What you receive

· A map of your real flow — not the one in the procedures manual
· The three break points costing you the most, and what they cost
· The target architecture and a phased path, with orders of magnitude
· What not to do
· A 90-minute working session with your team
· Three priced intervention options — you choose, or you choose nothing

The three tiers

Framing

$4,500

1 week

For one precise question about one system.

  • 2 interviews, one flow reviewed
  • 5–8 page decision brief
  • 60-minute debrief

Diagnostic + proof

$18,500

4 weeks

You want proof of feasibility before committing budget.

  • Everything in the diagnostic
  • Plus a working prototype of the main break point — running code, not slides
Fixed price, payable on delivery. And if you decide to go further within 60 days, the diagnostic is credited 100% against the first milestone of the engagement. Trying a firm you don't know yet shouldn't cost you anything.
Who's involved

Every diagnostic is personally led by Gloire Lomami, solutions architect, lead developer and certified Scrum Master — twelve years wiring production systems, customer portals and connected products into each other, in manufacturing, telecom, logistics and financial services. Depending on scope, he brings in experts from our network — data, cloud, security, user experience — so every angle of your flow is examined by someone who has shipped one.
