- Production tracking lived in spreadsheets and follow-up calls; customers phoned in to find out where their purchase orders stood.
- What was built
- A custom production-tracking ERP, a portal where customers submit and track purchase orders with the associated communications, and AI applied to content production.
- What changed
- Five years on, the relationship is still active — the system has grown with the company, feature by feature. That is the proof that matters: not a project delivered and left behind, but a client who kept buying for five years.
A Montréal connected-products maker — end-to-end delivery
Premium diffusers, two customer bases (residential and commercial: hotels, offices, spas, casinos), Canada and the US, e-commerce and physical stores.

- A connected device, a customer account and a merchant account that didn't know each other — three identities to reconcile before repeat purchasing could work.
- What was built
- The devices' companion mobile app, delivered end to end: from architecture to app-store release, device pairing included.
- What changed
- The device–customer–merchant link exists. And that problem — identity across things, people and accounts — is the one that travels to any industry. E-commerce integration phases are upcoming.
